Our quality control procedures ensure that every piece of steel that leaves our facility meets or exceeds the requirements of international standards including ASTM A123, ASTM A153, and ISO 1461.
All incoming steel is inspected for suitability for galvanizing. Our technical team checks for any issues that could affect the quality of the galvanized coating, including the steel composition, design, and surface condition.
Each stage of the galvanizing process is carefully monitored and controlled. Bath chemistry is checked regularly to ensure consistent coating quality. Temperature, immersion time, and other process parameters are recorded and maintained within specification.
All galvanized products undergo final inspection before dispatch. Coating thickness is measured using calibrated magnetic thickness gauges. Visual inspection is carried out to check for any defects in the coating.
We use calibrated electromagnetic thickness gauges to measure coating thickness in accordance with the requirements of ASTM E376 and ISO 2178. Results are recorded and reported to clients on request.
